Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

Price
All prices indicated on the We Made Together sales site are expressed in € (euros), are freely set by We Made Together, and include all taxes. The total price must be paid in full at the time the order is finalized, i.e. the price of the item (s) as well as the delivery costs. Delivery costs are billed additionally. They are indicated at the time of ordering and include shipping costs and packaging costs. All prices appearing on the We Made Together site are non-negotiable by the buyer.
Withdrawal period
Under the article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of seven working days to return, at his own expense and risk, the item (s) that are not suitable, for an exchange or a refund. This period starts from the day of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty. However, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the conditions for sending and returning must be identical. Items must be returned in new condition and their original packaging. Otherwise, the items will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. As soon as the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit, We Made Together undertakes to reimburse him within 30 days of the date on which this right was exercised (article L.121-20-1 of Consumer Code), all sums paid, except shipping and return costs.

The cancellation of the reservation gives rise to a refund in the following case:
– In the 7 days preceding the effective date of the workshop and until the day of it, the cancellation does not give the right to any refund.
Payment
The buyer must pay by the payment method offered on the We Made Together site, full payment for his order at the time of acceptance. The payment methods accepted by the We Made Together online sales site are credit card, Paypal, or Stripe.

We Made Together declines all responsibility in the event of loss of data from the company Paypal or Stripe and cannot be engaged in a compensation process that would be due by the company Paypal or Stripe.
Applicable law
We Made Together collects information about you when you create your customer account: name, first name, email address, postal address, telephone number, etc. These data allow us to process your orders. We Made Together’s policy is not to transfer customer data to third parties. Only the company has access to the information you provide to us.
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
Protection of personal data
We Made Together is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided online by the Internet user.
Any personal information that the Internet user would have to transmit to the company SMartFR for the use of certain services is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 Informatique et Libertés of January 6, 1978.

Intellectual property rights
All the elements present on the site and the site itself are protected by copyright, trademark law, designs, and/or any other law in force.

Thus, no modification or alteration of any kind can be made to them. Any use for purposes other than those listed above must be done with the prior written permission of We Made Together.
